National Mailing and Marketing (NMM) is a specialist warehousing, order processing, mail fulfilment and distribution business, offering a unique and diverse range of value-added services to the public and private sectors in Canberra.

We first opened our doors for business in May 1993 and have grown to become one of the industry’s largest and most respected service providers in the ACT Region.

Our reputation has been built on our ability to provide clients with a total end-to-end solution throughout the full print/information/communication supply chain.

This is achieved by delivering our own specialised services in a timely, quality and problem-free manner, and which aims to meet and exceed client expectations at all times 

We also offer campaign co-ordination and project management services through which we can pull together all related print and distribution tasks, ensuring a professional and cost-effective outcome for our clients, and delivered with a minimum of fuss.

With many long-standing working relationships in place, and over 160 public and private sector clients, NMM has extensive experience in delivering warehousing, distribution, direct mail and pick & pack services to clients with varying requirements.

While we count some of the larger government departments among our clients, we also service a large number of small to medium sized clients. But regardless of size, all of our clients are offered the same high quality service, incorporating the essential elements of competitive pricing, flexibility, transparency and overall value-for-money.

We are a Commonwealth Government Approved Supplier, a member of the ACT Chamber of Commerce & Industry Limited, and a founding member of the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA), ACT and Southern NSW Division. We have also been awarded a Certificate IV in Business Growth through Quality, and in 2008 became an approved ‘Bulk Mail Partner’ with Australia Post. In 2009, our Environmental Management System achieved certification to ISO 14001-2004.

Most importantly, we are a local Canberra company that employs local people who have a knowledge of the operational requirements of Government, its Agencies and business partners/contractors. We are also directly involved in supporting a number of local charities and community groups, as our way of being an active and responsible member of our community.
